For the record, Lips' (the original name of the band) Hard n' Heavy and Anvil's Hard n' Heavy are one in the same album, boasting the same songs, only the Splash version had been released slightly earlier. On the negative, the original slaps us with a less eventful and more threadbare outer sleeve and throws us a slightly different inner sleeve.

5. The last tracks on the lp, Hot Child and â Bondage, can be mentioned favorably, fairly vibrant and peppy for the course. Before W.A.S.P. decided to dip the brush, Anvil were already throwing pigments around with their halfway decent rendition of this originally Spanish-hued Rolling Stones cover in “”Paint It Black””.
